The Department of Psychiatric Social Work, NIMHANS, under the N-SPRITE initiative, invites entries for the 4th edition of the Suicide Prevention Short Film Festival.
Theme: Stories of Hope and Resilience
We invite filmmakers, students, lived experience experts, and storytellers to create sensitive and impactful short films that promote hope, help-seeking, resilience, and human connection. Through responsible storytelling, we aim to strengthen suicide prevention awareness and reduce stigma around mental health.
Prizes
Best 1-Min Short Film: INR 25,000/-
Best 5-Min Short Film: INR 50,000/-

Categories: 1-Minute Short and 5-Minute Short
Technical Requirements:
Resolution: Full HD (1920x1080p), 16:9 ratio
Language: Any (must include English subtitles).Anyone can participate.
The applicant must be the director.
Certificates will be issued to the director.
