- On-site mental health clinics integrated with Occupational Health Centres (OHCs)
- Counselling and crisis response for work-related stress, anxiety, grief, substance use, and adjustment difficulties
- Mental health literacy and gatekeeper training for all cadres
- Gender-responsive interventions
- 24/7 crisis helpline
